Grupo Allma speeds up in e-commerce: from zero to 50 daily sales with Alephee’s support

Stellantis, a client of Alephee for over three years, led the digital transformation of online sales for the Peugeot, Citroën, and Ram brands — a project developed in collaboration with its dealerships. One of the dealerships that joined the project was Grupo Allma.

Over more than a year of partnership, the group realized that the evolution of e-commerce is just beginning and that, with the right partners, it is possible to accelerate sales even further.

The importance of e-commerce in the automotive aftermarket

In recent years, e-commerce has experienced significant growth across many sectors, and the automotive industry — our specialty — is one of the fastest evolving. According to Mercado e Consumo, Brazilian e-commerce grew by 10.5% last year, reaching BRL 204.3 billion in revenue, with projections of BRL 234.9 billion by 2025.

Driven by changes in consumer behavior, technological advances, and sales digitalization, the automotive e-commerce space is undergoing a major transformation, especially regarding supply strategies and online sales.

According to research from Central do Varejo, the global outlook is very promising: the automotive segment is expected to reach USD 267.8 billion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16.5% between 2025 and 2032.

In Brazil, the auto parts sector is also on the rise. Projections for the coming years indicate revenue exceeding BRL 248 billion, representing a 4% nominal growth compared to the previous year. These figures highlight that digitalization in this sector is still in its early stages, with much room to grow.

Jorge Kiss, Commercial Manager at Grupo Allma, points out: I believe e-commerce is a one-way street. The trend is for remote sales to become increasingly dominant. As I always say: the early bird gets the worm. The sooner groups and dealers understand this movement and begin acting in this niche, the better it will be for the business in the future.

Accelerating digitally: Grupo Allma’s journey with Alephee’s support

The partnership between Grupo Allma and Alephee has lasted for over a year. The group worked with Alephee on the implementation of technologies, solutions, products, and services that add value to their online sales strategy.

Alephee offers a platform to manage marketplace sales, such as on Mercado Livre. One of the features highlighted by Grupo Allma is the strategic pricing tool. Jorge Kiss explains: Alephee works very well with the pricing spreadsheet, considering all the costs involved with Mercado Livre. Without that support, I’d be pricing things wrong. But if you’re doing everything right and still getting a 5% margin, that’s perfect. You’ll gain visibility on the e-commerce platform and, consequently, high volume.

With technology, data intelligence, and ongoing support, Alephee has become an essential ally. Grupo Allma works closely with Alephee’s e-commerce operations team, which helps achieve business goals through a personalized and specialized partnership.

Our E-commerce Operations team provides dedicated support, helping train sellers, clarify operational and financial questions, and optimize the performance of the digital store overall.

E-commerce as a growth opportunity

With operations mainly in the state of São Paulo, Grupo Allma has ambitious plans to expand into other regions. The company recognizes that e-commerce is a key pillar in this short- and medium-term strategy.

Jorge Kiss highlights: “Today, Grupo Allma represents about 3% of all Stellantis brand parts sold on Mercado Livre. We believe the potential is immeasurable. From now on, we will analyze sales reports to estimate the possible growth volume in this huge market.”

With so much growth potential in the digital space, Grupo Allma understands the importance of having a platform specialized in managing aftermarket auto parts sales to support their expansion.

When asked about the future of the partnership with Alephee, Jorge Kiss is clear: I can’t imagine Grupo Allma’s e-commerce operations without Alephee’s technology platform and the team that supports our daily growth. Alephee has become indispensable. I’m certain that, very soon, Alephee’s strategic intelligence will help me sell much more and expand our presence even further.
