Since the first days of this startup, two years ago, we, the Alephee team, have been fully dedicated to developing the platform. This is how we implemented the first solutions in the auto parts, motorcycle parts, tires, tools, and construction sectors. Step by step, we advanced the digitalization of each of these segments through our main business models with factories, brand representatives, and wholesale distributors.
The acceptance and support from our clients as an alternative to current business models and online sales management tools opened a path of innovation, allowing the community formed by the interaction of all actors in the commercial chain to continue growing.
From the beginning, alongside the corporate, commercial, and product teams at Mercado Libre, we have worked tirelessly to launch a new concept of e-commerce, as shown in the chart above (watch here the video presenting this new paradigm).
Today, major clients throughout Latin America benefit from Alephee, including Fiat and Jeep Mopar, Volkswagen, Citroën, Peugeot, Suzuki, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Dunlop, Pirelli, DeWalt, Tommasi, Magneti Marelli, Auto Generalli, Fric-Rot, FV Ferrum, Husqvarna, Grupo Rumbo, Black & Decker, Simmons, Belmo, Kärcher, and Gamma, among others.
Conversation with the Expert
The meeting between Gastón Zelerteins, Javier Neumann, and Jonathan Saiegh — founders of Alephee — with Mercado Libre CEO Marcos Galperin focused on presenting the Alephee project as an online sales management platform and as a community connecting brands, factories, wholesale distributors, retail sellers, and delivery points. The meeting showcased the journey as business partners in a continuous effort to optimize the online seller experience.
Additionally, it allowed us to present our growth trajectory and some promising actions for the future of our clients, again in partnership with the Latin American e-commerce giant.
Alephee Keeps Advancing
Today, the platform is operational and expanding throughout Latin America, in all countries where Mercado Libre operates: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Ecuador. Always with a major goal in mind: focusing on transforming industries and deepening the digitalization of commercial chains.
In this context, the feedback from Marcos was crucial to understanding the synergies we have achieved so far and those we aim for in the future, in this journey that is still beginning and constantly evolving.
We are immensely grateful to this prominent name in Argentine entrepreneurship, who dedicated his time to explore our next steps together, offering support and maintaining an open channel of constant communication — as has always occurred between the entire operational team at Mercado Libre and Alephee.
